Default Throttle Body Size for GS-R

Ok I tried searching for this already but I only saw sizes for others. I know this is very basic but does anybody know the throttle body size for the B18C1?

The DC2 GSR TB is approximately 62 mm at the inlet and 60 mm at the throttle plate.

this might be a dumb question, but would a b16a2 throttle body work on a b18c1?

It will bolt up fine but you will have to alter the vacuum and coolant lines
