Default K and B series clutch compatibility?

I have a extra k20 exedy disk leftover from my k series clutch that i never did, i compared it with my stock clutch disk, it has the same diameter, depth, input shaft diamter. I bolted it up, but i was wondering if there is anything that could possibly go wrong, since it is for a k series? But it bolts up absolutely fine no problems. The only physical difference between them by the looks of it is that the exedy is a dual spring disk, with larger fibres in it.

I was running a spoon flywheel, spoon organic disk, spoon pressure plate.

As hokey as this info is, I read in a mag that a guy put a Type R clutch is his RSX(K motor I think). So that worked, as for the other way around, I dunno. Hows that for some hear-say.!!
