ok my car is running like poop.

So I am maybe thinking it needs a valve adjustment.
Motor has 15600miles on it.
Also has been through alot of vtec so it hasn't exactly been babied.
Also is due for a oil change.

So my question is do you think that the car needs a valve adjustment or could it be something else?

 

define "running like poop"?

I'd figure at least 30K before valve clearances need to be checked so I kinda doubt it; but it's not that hard to DIY in a couple of hours.

 

Well it just seems really sluggish lately. Then today i was talking to this guy and he said it could need a valve adjustment. So that's why I was asking on here. Anyone else have some input?
