Hey guys. Quick question.

My cousin wants to run the Suspension Techniques sway bar kit on his 99 civic. He was wondering if he were to get the Skunk 2 rear lower tie bar,would it work? or would the sway be in the way? If so,what real lower tie do yall suggest?
