yea so is there a good combination for the application or strut/ strong bars.like if i were to get all or them, front/ rear upper, front and rear lower and a strong bar. is that over doing it or is there a better combination like rear upper and rear lower only and so on...whats the best way to go?

every bar does somethign different. sway bars control roll, tie bars stiffen up the undercarage of your chassi, and strut bars stiffen up the top of the shock mounts.
all the bars do what they are supposed to, some are more needed than others, but if you have all of them your chassi will just be stiffer. most tie bars and strut bars are similar. at leat into two catagories, adjustable=week. solid bars=stiff. usualy you want stiffnes,

i say go for the benen bars all around, or go for something like mugen, or go for benen on the fron and rear strut bars, front tie bar, strong bar, and run the comptex rear sway bar/tie bar pakage, very nice quality, but ver expencive, i am not shure if its worth the money or not?? your choose.

 

i have zspeed front/rear upper and rear lower, with a bennen front lower and strong bar...stock sways and i feel every bump...
