Default tachometer white wire connection

I got the tachometer working the only problem is I can't find the dimmer switch.
where can i find the dimmer switch to connect my tachomter's white wire so my tachometer backlight will work?

or where did you connect your white wire for your tachometer's backlight?

P.S.
the red wire that I ask before worked so thank you.

thats not switched. its constant power on my car.
I knew because I used to connect my red wire power source and it wouldn't turn off when my ignition is off.
I don't know why so I rewired mine to the lighter wire(behind your cars lighter)

I still need help with the dimmer
please help

The dimmer switch should be on the left side of the steering wheel. Pull it out and ther will be three wires 1 red 2 black 3 red with black. Tap into the red with black wire.

You can also find the dash lighting fuse, and wrap the wire around one side, stick the fuse back up in there.. and you have light.

If you go and look on like 12volt.com or whatever it is for the dimmer wire for the radio and just tap off that that could work as well, I dont know just an idea.
