Did a search. Some said Optima batteries would not fit in the stock G3 teg location. Some said it would. Optima's website does not list a model for the 94-01 Integra. I want to buy a red top but I cant find one that will fit. Is anyone running an Optima Red top?

They make a yellow top that fits...go with that one. It's better if you've got a system and you'll be deep-cycling it.

Ive seen the yellow top theres no way it will fit. Its huge.
I hate systems. I want the red top for the better starting power and lighter weight than the yellow top.

I have the yellow top in my car right now,
I love it
You can't kill this battery if you tried, and trust me ,i've tried
and i can't notice a difference in weight with my old batter
very dependable, I never have to worry about being able to start my car

Wrong, they recently made one, I belive it's the 51-r, which is the exact same size as the stock 94+ Integra battery. I've got one in my car right now.

I just ordered a 51-R Yellow top for my Integra for $108 at Advanced Auto. I wanted a Red Top but they dont make em for my car which seems pretty stupid considering the size of the market.
The yellow battery is gonna look gay in my red engine bay. Like my avatar.

FYI - it's not the top color that denotes reserve or starting oriented...it's the case color (light grey / dark grey).

Straight from Optimas website:
"The OPTIMA Yellow Top™ Deep Cycle Battery should be used in the following cases:
Starting applications in high-accessory vehicles/High Cycling Applications. Vehicles with computers, extra radios, electronic components, lights, winches, etc. will create excessive amperage drain that can damage a starting battery. Recommend the OPTIMA Yellow Top to provide fast recharging and longer life due to its' ability to cycle over 300 times.
Starting applications with low amperage draws. If your customer has a vehicle that sits unused for long periods of time, either OPTIMA will provide longer life due to reduced corrosion and sulfation. However, if the vehicle has an alarm, computer, or other low amperage drain, the Yellow Top will guard against deep cycling damage that can occur over long periods of time.
To increase Reserve Capacity or Run Time. You must first identify how long the customer needs to use the battery to run a vehicle, accessory, or motor before without recharging. Each OPTIMA Yellow Top Deep Cycle Battery is rated at 120 minutes of Reserve Capacity at a 25 Amp draw. If your customer is planning on using their OTPIMA in a trolling motor that pulls 50 Amps, they will only get 60 minutes of run time. If they require more run time you need to install multiple batteries in parallel. It is important to understand what the customer expects in order to provide them with the correct OPTIMA solution.
Remember:
Dark Gray Case means Starting Technology - Light Gray Case means Deep Cycle Technology
