well it's not for me, my buddy just got a 99 civic 2 door ex. he wants cold air intake, eyelids for his headlights and an si front grille. anyone have any opinions on where to get these, we found the CAI on cardomain but don't really know wat brands are C.A.R.B approved besides AEM. and as for the grille, we have no idea where to find it. the eyelids are on ebay but he doesn't really like ebay.
