Default Limp mode with new injectors

Hey I hope this is the right place for this topic.
Here is my dilemma. I have a 93 Integra LS I'm preping for turbo and tonight I installed a high volume fuel pump, AEM fuel rail, AEM fuel pressure regulator and RC 550cc injectors. To run all the stuff I have my ecu chipped with Uberdata and I just modded the stock LS fuel map to work with the 550cc injectors. This means the injector pulse is super short obviously. But when I go to start my car the CEL stays on and it run in "limp mode". I can't rev past 3500rpm. I tried to check the code but when I jump the service connector the CEL just stays on solid, no blinks. I was thinking it could be the ECU acting up because the fuel maps are all out of wack because of the huge injectors, but I'm not sure. If anyone has any ideas or any help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.
