What is the easiest way to take out the dash?

Default What is the easiest way to take out the dash?

The problem im having is the dash wont fit over the steering colum to take it out. Who has taken out the dash without taking out the steering colom, and how did you do this?

Huh? You lift it up and take and it comes out.

Did you get all the mounting bolts out?

It shouldn't be hangine up on the steering column at all.
Did you mean steering wheel???

Why not just drop the steering column down?It's only a couple of bolts that hold it up in place.

no the wheel is not in the way i guess the blinker and wiper switches are but Im wondering if there is a way without taking them out

yeah it is a pain I did it with out taking out the steering column or bringing it down

and let me tell u ain't no pinic but it can be done patience and clear mind does it


that is all I can say

also removing the seats helps or pushing all the way back

take the wheel off with a 17mm i think or somethin like that , after that there are 2 screw holding on the wiper/turn thing....
