Default What is Code 43 for OBD0 PM6 ECU?

My friend is getting a code 43 on from his ECU. I looked it up on the Haynes book and it doesn't go up to 43. He is getting 4 long blinks and 3 short one's. He says that his car studders a bit on the highway and has a ruff idle at start up. On OBD1 code 43 has something to do with fuel delivery would it be the same for OBD0?

There are only 16 codes on the obd0 pm6.. You probably have a code 4 and a code 3..
