first off, turn off the caps lock.....

you adjust the tire sizes with the rim sizes

You got larger wheel, your overall circumference increases. For every tire rotation, you are travelling longer distance. I am running 195/60/14" compare to stock 185/65/14" so it will take my tire to make more revolution to cover the same distance.

Your speed sensor would most likely reflect an inaccurate speed if you change your overall diameter (rim+tire). Other than that, if the diameter and weight difference aren't too significant, i don't see you breaking anything.

I was told by a shop that if you go bigger than your overall stock wheel and tire height that you will lose your cruise control. I'm talking about plus sizing. Lowering the height of your sidewall for every inch you add to the rim. Can someone confirm this about Honda's. I know for a fact it happens with benz's.

The car doesn't know what size wheels and tires you are putting on it. I have a 94 EX and some idiot at a tire shop here in town tried to tell me because it had an electronic speedometer that it would adjust for whatever size wheel and tire I put on. All it does is count revolutions so if you increase the overall size it is going to read that you are going slower than you actually are. Actually it is problably off from the factory so much that you might get it accurate by putting on 2-3 sizes too big. I have 195-60-14's and it is still reading 2-3 mph fast at 65. 205-50-15's is what I plan to go to but that is even smaller than the 195's in diameter so even with an oversize tire my speedo will be reading too fast.

Maybe that's why a lot of people got speeding tickets with their 17 or 18 inch rims...
