I'm getting my coilovers and I would like to have my car professionally aligned and corner balanced.

let me know if you guys know a shop in so cali that does alignment and corner balancing for a good price...thanx

Not sure what he charges for corner weighting.... but Darin at West End Alignment has been recommended to me by TONS of people. I went there to get my car aligned. The bill was $85, which is a bit more than a local place would have charged, but IMO it was completely worth it. The car was aligned w/ me inside, he set everything to the specs I requested (and you can also ask his opinion), and he spent a long time doing the job ---long in a good way, meaning his attention to detail and regard for customer satisfaction was a high priority. Hell, we had to put my car up on the rack 3 extra times and do test drives to get the steering wheel centered. And he was fine with doing that, as long as I was satisified. IMO definitely worth the extra $15-$30 more than a chain store would charge....from now I'm calling West End for all my alignment needs.

A couple of my buddies have had their cars corner weighted there and were also very happy w/ his service and the results. But I forget the price. Do a search and I'm sure you'll find MANY more vouches for West End.

Darin charges around $200 for an alignment and cornerweighting, so the corner weighting alone probably runs around $120, but since cornerweighting changes ride hieghts, you should get an alignment afterwards anyway...
