Default Odd setting for fuel?

I went to tune my hatch yesterday with a wideband o2. Okay i need some help from people with experience with Skunk2 stage 2 cams. Before i had touched my motor (JDM 96 ITR motor with chipped p28) I had pretty consisten 12.5-13.5 a/f ratio. Now with my added cams and thin headgasket and VAFC...i went to dyno and the car was running insanely rich (10.5 area across the board). So i ended up taking tons of fuel out to compensate. Has anybody every run into this before? When i say take out ton of fuel...my setting on wide throttle are all at -5 and below and even more towards the high end Just a lil confused on what is going on...thanks for the help guys

Did the sniffer read 10.x's all the time? Even at idle?

Now that I think about it, the filter for the wideband could have been clogged. It's happened before while we were at Extreme on their Dynojet.

Possibly a dead sensor in the gas box. They need to check the calibration in free air and see what it reads. If it doesn't change, then it's a dead sensor or the wideband analyzer/connections have an issue.
