The brown conector is above the fuse box, the other inside the engine bay is near the washer fluid container. Those replace your stock stearing hub plugs. They go behind the wheel under the cover just replace the old with the new. Oh and i had the same instructions with no problems, try reading the whole thing before starting a project.

It doesn't go in the engine bay. That's the switch harness shown on the first page here: http://www.handa-accessories.c...s.pdf
Check step 26 for reference. Undo the steering column cover, and take the plug off the light combo switch. Plug it into the switch harness, and the other plug of it goes into the combo switch.
The foglight harness goes in the engine bay. Plug the single end into the harness behind the windsheild washer bottle (harder than the brown plug in the fuse box). Then run it down to the foglights along the bumper support as shown.

what they all said ^
... the two conectors you have there in the pic...1 is male & one is female
take out the lighting OEM (male) plug under the steering column (bitch to pull backwards)...then plug that OEM male plug that you pulled out into female in your pic....then you have in the just the male above in the pic...plug that into where your OEM male was underneath the steering column... removing that metal knee bolster thingy was a bitch...I just loosened one side while removing the other side/bolt
