I don't have the part numbers off hand but
T-belt, about $45
water pump, $95
Oil pump, $105
Order all of them for the 99-00 Si
I always recommend installing a new tensioner spring and pulley when doing a t-belt and pump.

Preferably a Helms, that is the best manual. But if you can't get one(they are pricey) get a Chiltons manual. The helms is going to cost around $70 and has more info in it than the other manuals. The Chiltons is about $25 and can be found at most autoparts stores.
I have a JDM B16a Sir2 motor in my 92 Civic hatch and I have always used parts from a 95 Del-Sol VTEC. I try and stick with the same generation as the motor...my motor is from a '93 Civic in Japan.
PS...I also purchased the Helms manual for a 95 Del-Sol

go to hondaautomotiveparts.com for part numbers and prices. Del Sol VTEC and Civic SI have different part numbers so i assume they're different...
EDIT: Didnt read the part about it being and SIR
so maybe a Civic SI will
work

Different part numbers, same part. I don't know why they changed it. It still has the same number of teeth.
