I have a faulty speedometer on my hands (so says the dealership) and can't justify paying them labor charges to install it (especially when everyone says it's fairly easy). I really have no idea at the moment how to even start (which is why I'm posting). I have the following images to go from....

Do I have to remove the dash in order to get at the speedometer or will it come out the back?
