My automatic tranny is fuked up
I have a 91 civic 4 door automatic with a D15b2 and a automatic trannsmission. The only problem is , is that in every gear ( Park Reverse Neutral D3 D2 2) it stays in one gear. so basicaly u can drive it in park reverse etc. i dono what the problem is or how to fix it
:
Mine is not quite as bad as yours....Mine will jump from 1st to 3rd...then maybe 4th. And when it is hot.....I have 1st....as in driving for quite a while then it seems to lose all the other gears. I would suggest at least a fluid and filter change....it worked for my friends auto at least for a month. I would love to find out if the auto's have shift solenoids....as in the solenoid attached on the front of the trannie near the motor block almost underneath the dizzy.

I worked at the Autozone in Dallastown, Pa.....I quit there due to the fucked up management. I do need to change my damn thing down there.

the soloind on the top of the trany is the TC lockup. the 91 auto trany is totaly hydrolic so you probly have low flow or somthing.
