1997 Civic Front bumper cover

Will a 97 Civic EX or DX front bumper cover fit on a 97 HX?

Of course. All '96-'98 front bumper covers are interchangeable.

i dont think the 4 door bumper will fit

Wrong. You're thinking of '92-'95. We're talking about '96-'98.
