i have stock interior in my 95 civic but the seats, doors,etc was rewrapped few years back with purple material. over the years the sun beat on it. now its dull and fading.. can i buy dye and soak it on the seats and fabric. there two tone.. purple and grey.. i will post pics later. i was thinking of just gettin purple dye and putting it on the purple making sure not to get it on the grey parts.. and then just soaking my door panels and arm rest.. let me know what u think

duplicolor makes a wide variety of spray paints for stuff just like this. theres vinyl and carpet, fabric paint, etc etc. just go check it out and pick out what you need depending on the material...it would work better than dye

 

yea i was thinkin of that.. but will it rub off ..since there my seats... daily use?
