projector lights problems

I have a 91 honda accord with after market projectors lights. the problem is the lights were working for about a year and all of a sudent hell broke loose the right side blinkers are always and don't blink. The head light on the right is out and the blinker indicator in the dash is on but dosen't blink. PLEASE HELP!
