I purchased some koni yellows and i am about to buy some ground control's. I wanted to know what a good spring rate is for the front and rear. Should i get custom spring rates or just get what the standard rates for the teg. The car will be mainly used for daily driving.

I just ordered a set of ground controls for my car. I got the set with the standard spring rates- I figured they would suit me fine for my daily driven car. I believe the standard rates are 350 front and 280 rear, or 380 front and 250 rear, but i can't remember which.

 

Different people like different things.
Factory are 350f/280r.

I'd try something like 350f/400r to start with. It'll help stop understeer a little bit.
