cd player integra
i have a 95 integra, won a 98 integra cd player off ebay that said worked, i clipped the harness in the back the antena jumps up and down when i move the harness, but the cd deck doesnt power on, but there is a connection proven by the antena. So i tried an old honda tape deck, i plugged it in and turned it on it worked, so its not the car that is the problem, have any idea??? i have the codes too, but it doesnt power so im not that far into the problem yet.
Hey, i got a 98 Integra CD player that works i'll sell it to you for 5 dollars shipped...
I think you got screwed over on that one. Test your ground, acc, and constant. If they test out, its the player.

One of the problems I have seen on the honda HU, is the connections for the plug on the back of the HU to the circuit board inside, to test ,pull HU out of dash,[still plugged in , turn on ign. and HU , then "wiggle" the plug. On my 94 teg,my oem Hu worked finefor the last 6 mo. I had it in the car, just no lights,no readout.
hope this helps

Make your life easier....Costs about $30...
*Re-wire/install your OEM connector
*Buy a 86-98 honda harness (The one that matches your OEM factory one)
*Buy a 98-up Honda harness
*Connect the wires, color for color....making a piggy back harness to jump from 94-98
