ok so my car still will not start. when i turn the key nothing happens other than the dash lights come on. i know it isnt the starter or battery i have tested both. also when the battery is hooked up my brake lights come on, so there is obviously a live wire or blown fuse or something(any ideas what fuse or where i should check or anything to help?). the car will roll start so im also guessing its not the alternator. how likely is it that its the ignition switch, and is this somethin that would just suddenly go out cause that is what happened? please help me i need this car rolling asap.

Check the blk/wht wire going to the starter and make sure it is snug.
It sounds more to me like you are missing a ground. Check your ground on ur valve cover, thermostat housing, and from ur tranny to ur battery.
Then you can go ahead and check ALL ur fuses under the hood and dash. Replace the blown ones.
