I have this opportunity to buy a set of spoon cam gears from a friend cause he is buying todas.....now the price is very decent but the thing is, will it be worth the money? I have a JDM GSR w/ITR cams in it. How much hp could i gain from these gears? Thanks.

 

I think u should've 3-5 BHP gain when set right on dyno , i have ITR cams as well but in B16.

 

Yes they are worth it. But...you have to dyno tune to get the most power. Most people say they dont add much but these people arent going to the dyno either!

 

the bigger the cam, the more the gears are gonna help. Honda has it all pertty well figured out from the factory....you wont see much hp.
