Default I need cam help!

95 b18b block
95 b16a head
p72 chipped hondata ecu
stock bottom
AEM cam gears
Tanabe RM
Toda header
AEM CAI
Fluidyne rad
AEM cam gears
GSR oil pump
GSR water pump

I want to build the head with the cash that I have right now, but I want to buy oem CTR or ITR cams, would they be a huge benafit? How much HP increse, etc..


Im planning on going allmotor, I also autocross every other weekend, solo1 and 2.

CTR's are a bit more agressive than ITR's i believe, and i hear alot of good stuff about CTR's, so i say get those! and yes they would be a good benefit.

the 00+ ITR cams are identical to CTR's, anything before the (97-99) the ITRs are a lil less aggressive, but still decent cams.

You'll see gains from them no doubt, especially in the midrange.

CTR and ITR are not identical..the CTR has 1 more degree of duration on the intake cam.

yup..guarantee ur'll feel alot difference with ctr or itr cams...perfect cams for autocross...midrange is off the hook especially if u tune them cam gears...

yes, from 97-99 or 00 one or the other, after that they are the same cam. both of them.

No they are not the same cam..

the 00 US itr intake cam has 1 degree less duration then the CTR intake, exhaust is the same.
