Ok I searched and came up with mixed responses.

After reading the article on team-integra.net, the author said the sprint kit does not require the use of the metal plate that connects the ingalls style/sprint camber kit.

Upon searching some people said they used the plate and some said they did not. Currently I have the plate on(from the previous owner) and Im getting clunking noises. I believe its from this ingalls "style" which the previous owner also said it may be the problem he had the problem as well. I was wondering maybe its the plate thats causing the noise. Im looking for more info on who is using the plate and who is not and if anyone had problems using or not using the plate. Or a backed up answer as to why I shouldn't use the plate.

 

not using any plates. just what they gave me.
