Default D16 head upgrades.

i have been told that a bored port and polished head. will give me 50 hp to the wheels and the whole thing includes header, camshaft, and a few other things that i am having trouble remembering right now.
anyone give me feedback if they know that 50 hp is accurate for this type of upgrade. and if there could be any problems that could arise from doing such an upgrade.

they added a 0 in that 5

u might get 5 whp with a good port and polish along some 3 angle valve job and bigger valves...... but not just from a port polish

I think youd get a descent ammount of power if you did springs/retainers/valved/ pnp and a 3-5 angle valve job.

Im looking for a preassembled head myself.

ExospeedAMcrx has a few built but they come with a cost close to a grand
