Default vibration still there! need help

For those whos been following my posts about my problem with my car and steering wheel vibration, Ive been trying to fix this problem since then, but it seems like whatever i do is not enough.

88 crx, bought the car front ended a long time ago.

I went ahead and swapped new cv joints, 90-91 uca, new bushings everywhere, I have balanced the wheels like 3 times in 3 different places and vibration is still there, I even pulled the car with the chains and stuff to factory spec, so far nothing worked.

Vibration starts at 65mph all the way to 85 mph, at 90mph the car feels perfect, no vibration at all.

what else should i change? tie rods?

this is driving me crazy.

I have the same problem in my prelude. I have the shaky steering wheel when I get to about 45mph and up. If you find out what it is and how to fix it let me know .
