i believe a 90 civic is an ef and this belongs in the ef catagory...but yea those cars have a lot of potential,and there is many ways to make them hella clean and fast.to make a very civic quick all youll have to do is upgrade your motors valves to like a titanium spring,valves and reatiners,set up. toss a mild street cam in there(je or crower) and then toss an 80 shot wet system of nos on it and your green to go...

I wouldn't pay more than 800 for one. unless it was in great shape w/ low miles.

interior is perfect. body is very good. engine is very good, has brand new tires/ brakes / struts and K&N filter. But he wont go down at all. worth it?

 

How many miles? If low, then $1800 is a freakin steal. The 89-91 Si Hatch is a rare car.
