well anyone know where to buy the whole front ends off of the JDM crx's? in the north east........

just go to hmotorsonline.com it is in cali but you can't go wrong with these guy we have purchased several engine swaps from them and all are good they guarentee all sensors in working cond. better then all the others nobody guarentees anything these days.

 

yea but i want a full front clip....... dash and all....im going to be doing a right hand drive conversion........ just trying to save a little on shipping..... and i get first pickings of the one i would like.... not just some guy going and picking one for me.....

 

I know a place that sells them online. I sure they are not located in detroit though. Flashoptions.com sells front clips. Verycheap I dont know of there past history so you are on your own. Also the motor is included and it is right hand drive. Plus you can get a picture of what you are getting. If I were you I would check it out.

 

flashoptions is a total joke my friend got a 1jz clip for a supra from them, they told him he would have the engine in 3-6 weeks. he called them two months after he ordered it and they said there was a problem with shipping wouldn't refund his money and that he would have to pay extra shipping charges of $350, after he paid that it wasn't another month or so before he got the clip and the clip didn't come together. he got a motor trans ecu and a dashboard with a few controls on it, two left front control arms and disc brakes and the glovebox. what a joke. the people at flash options have not returned his calls or emails either.

hey thanx man.... i was really concedering flashopt. too........ well i know to count them out....... i just want to be able to pick mine out in person...... you know this way i dont get a box full of **** like your buddy did..... those guys are not in the us....i forget where they are but i would have to fly there and kick some *** if i got ripped for several grand...... thanx guys

 

Hit up Shawn Alhakim(generationjdm@aol.com) he supplies most of Michigan with swaps and front clips and he always has inventory so most likely if you have the $ then there's very little downtime.

Some suppliers in Canada and Detroit if you know where to look. Also, try and use soko.com. Contact them and ask them for what you want. Soko USA is part of the world's largest import/exporter of Japanese engines. They're in Chicago.
