Looking to repaint my rusted calipers black. Anyone have clear cut instructions on the procedure?

Thanks

take off wheels
wire brush the hubs and calipers, make sure the rust is off and they are smooth
Spray brake parts cleaner very generously on the area to be painted
Wait till dry
Spray paint what you want.

Just ask Opie how his came out. I did his for him a few days ago.

my brother used FOLIA TEC's brake paint. The black is nice, made it look like new calipers.

use Duplicolor wheel paint, if they have a color you like. It resists most chemicals suchs as brake clean and carb cleaner...

Here....my old setup. I used Duplicolor GRaphite wheel paint. You may not like the color, but it incapsulated the rust and provided good protectioon plus it repelled chemicals/brake dust
