i can send my head to get ported and polished and the guy said i would gain arond 70 hp or change my car to vetec witch is better

Lies. Assuming you are running f22b SOHC, Turbo or nitrous are the only single things that will give you that kind of power.
Never heard of a PnP yielding those kinds of gains. If I am wrong, let me know this wizard's name..........

oh he is lieing. its a 100hp man. lol joke.
the most it adds with the shaved engine head(0.45 on cb7) u can see a 10hp the most.<<<< by doing all the work. valve springs and take off about 0.45 compersion goes up up up up
