sure they will, just cut off your lugs, then get some self tapping screws/bolts, get a good drill and proceed to fasten the rim directly to the brake rotor, or any other point of attachment you may choose......but cutting off the lugs takes awhile, so i recomend you get started on it right away. by the way, the self tapping screws/bolts can be found at lowes or home depot.
I'm curious as to what practical purpose the Cavalier wheels will serve on an Integra. It's not like there aren't enough aftermarket wheel options already. Or is it that you just want a visibal bow-tie on your Honda.
