GSR won't start after stall
Last month I was in my GSR going up a steep hill, and I stalled it out after I stopped at a stop sign and started going again. I went to start it back up, it turned over, but no start. It just keeps on turning over...turning over, but no start. After about 10 tries, it started back up. Thinking it was probably just the hill, I shook it off. Then last week my girlfriend was driving it on a straight, and stalled it in 1st. She started it back up, and same thing. Turn over, no start. This time it didn't start up for a good minute or two (it was pretty embarassing cause we were in the middle of traffic too). So I got some fuel injection cleaner in hopes that this would help. It made taking off a lot quicker and smoother, but today when it stalled again, it still did the same thing. Any ideas of what the hell is going on?
sounds to me like it may be you PGM-Fi Relay, mine does that **** sometimes too, the thing i noticed was that when i tried to start it and it wouldnt i couldnt hear the fuel pump running, i checked it for power and it wasnt there, i wired it to the batery(temperarily) to see if that worked and it did, the next time it does it on you i would check to see if you can hear your fuel pump working, i would bet that is what it is.
if its not engine problems, it might be your ignition wire. i dont know wat year model you have, but your ignition wire might be too old or something, if your ignition wire is messed up, the car will stall itself and you have to hold the key as soon as you start it up again or it could be your distributor.
