Any ideas on how to prevent seat thefts?
I currently am rocking a set of JDM CTR recaros srds. Im thinking about either welding em down or using a resin around the locking nuts. Any ideas?
loctite will work, but if they really want them. They can most likely get them. Get seat covers so no one notices you have them when you park your car lol.
There are bolts you can buy, similar to locking lug nuts that require a key. I'm not exactly sure where to get them, but I know a bunch of S2K guys use them.
Use a diffent size bolt on each one so like the front 2 use 11 mm and 13 mm then in the rear use 15mm and 12mm. Then use a different combo on the other side. This way they will be out there ALOT longer trying to get them. More likely of getting caught. Or they didnt bring the right sizes and have to just leave it.
alarm, locktite, and locking nuts. the best way to deter any thief is in layers of protection. but if some ******* wants somthin bad enough there'll be away for him to get.

weld them on.......you can always grind them off w/ a dremel, they are just bolts.

Allen head bolts or torque bit bolts(12pt allen things) with standard size nuts(1/2" or 13mm) would slow many down i'm sure. or better yet just get some left hand thread bolts and nuts. they'll sit there trying to break the bolts loose and only be tightening them!
