Default B16A1 Intake gaskets + clutch alignment shaft

I have a CRX Si I am swapping a B16A1 into that I bought from hmotorsportsonline.com. The intake manifold they gave me is fucked, and so I am replacing it with an intake manifold I have out of an older B16 I have.

Three questions:

One - I have chipped the old gasket off the old intake manifold that I am putting onto the new engine. My buddy thinks a dremol will be fine for getting it all off and I won't need to take it to a machine shop to get it ground. I'm looking for a second opinion - will this suffice?

Two - Now I have to deal with the gasket from the new intake because it is cooked onto the new engine head. How can I get this gasket off? I am heisetant to take a dremol to it because of the head studs that stick out. Is there a safe way to get those head studs out without taking apart the whole head? If not, will it be okay for me to just use that gasket (I saw no cracks it looks like its in good condition) or is the risk simply too high?

Three - According to my helms manual, when putting the pressure plate on you need a clutch alignment shaft to properly line up the clutch. This tool appears to be a specially designed tool that I am assuming I can only get through honda and I am sure will charge me a shitload. Are there any alternates to this piece, has anyone done it a different way?

Okay that was a little more than three questions, but I appreciate the help! Thanks!

careful with the dremel it can mare the aluminium. use a sharp gasket scraper. use a clutch allignment tool and be perfect when using it.

As far as clutch alignment tools go - the helms manual makes it sound like you need a special tool designed for that engine. Is that right or is there just a universal one?
