alright here is the problem.
I am turboing my car and I need a smaller front radiator so I pulled my front radiator and the new one doesnt fit right so Im making brackets. so to make a long story short all the stuff is back in except one thing is different. on the type sh model there is a transmission cooler attached to the bottom of the radiator. I pulled those off and just made a loop to see if I had any issues with the car while the stock radiator is still in. and now it does this.
While Im driving my entire cluster will shut off all the gauges go to 0 and the green ignition light comes on to tell me to pull the key, also the motor shuts off. so I turn the key off and back on and off and back on and it doesnt do anything. my stereo is still on and I still have power. but its just like I just shut my car off and the dash is reminding me to pull the key out. any help

Is it trying to turn over when you try to start it again? If so, it might be the fuel filter, I had something similar happen to my car, it would shut off while I was driving and wouldn't start up again for a little bit. It would turn over and try to start but nothing, it was because the fuel filter was clogged. Good luck

well the car died on me again. It was dead for 2 hours and so I decided to have it towed. Its in my garage and this is what it does. when I turn the key to the on position no idiot lights no gauge no cluster or any indication that I have turned the key on except my steering wheel is unlocked and my radio works. any ideas

Hey, I've got an idea! Why don't you check your ignition switch?

havent checked ignition switch yet, I will check it tonight. reason I hadnt checked it is because freind of mine told me the atts differential could be overheating and telling the ecm to shut the car off. so I plugged the atts back in and here I am.
