im gonna be doing this swap soon and was curious if theres anyway to get the stock shifter console to fit over the rsx shifter?

Unfortunetly they are not giving up the ghost on how it was done, but i'd assume they just performed some clever trimming to the bottom of the RSX shifter box?

I'm just going to wait for HASports shifter box to come out.

 

it IS possible, you would need to cut the tunnel, and then drop the sifter below into it and build a box around it. you can't mount it on top of the tunnel and still use the console. Also you can use an accord shifter box and mod it a little, or so I read.
