just wondering if the vis replica is adjustable like the mugen one is?

I think they have a CTR style wing and a Mugen style, both in CF obviously...

they have both but imo the mugen style is nicer yet not over the top in styling

I'd go with the Seibon Version, Their products have been alot nicer than the VIS ones I have seen.

this actually wouldn't be that bad if the the LED was red and not clear.

It's no fun unless you get to do some custom work to your car
A Spray Can of that Testors Model paint that is a Clear Red for Model Car Taillights would work pretty good.

from what i've seen the seibons fit really nice, i saw a vis cf type r in person the other day and was disappointed in the fitment

had the VIS Mugen wing on my car, fitment was ok and the weaves on the side wasnt all that great. sold the wing because i needed cash but i like it a lot more than the CTR wing for some reason.

I've heard/seen that the VIS also has problems w/ cracking and splitting because the way they make it is out of a 2 piece mold. When/if I get a Mugen replica spoiler, it will definitly be the Seibon
