well i bought the car with it so it wasnt recent~

that seems to be that the motor mount is gone. the bushing has be torn out. check by loosening the bolt and jack up the motor w/ a piece of wood. More than likely the bushing will come right off. Pretty common for a 90-93 teg (due to aging).

ive seen this before

the previous owner had motor mount inserts installed on the car by someone else
the installer put the insert in the wrong motor mount
cuz he was too lazy to do it the right way

don't worry about it, its not hurting anything
