OT: Just picked up my new Ride (pics)
Hey guys and gals!
I know I haven't posted in a while but I thought I'd share this excitment with some of my old friends in here! Also thought I'd give you a sneak preview since this is coming with me to the expo (now that the car actually arrived I can finally register)
Anyway its a 2005 Mercedes AMG C55
Its not an ITR, but until I can replace that...this will have to do.

It was good talking to you earlier today, and I hope you do make it to the expo to see the rest of the old-school H-T f00ls.

I take it M-B wasn't content with a 350-hp blown six in their C-class, so they decided to drop the 470ish-hp V8 in?

nice pick from the MB line.
the C55 actually is not supercharged as expected. it's an NA V8 367 hp / 376 lb-ft of torque. it is very similar to the old 210 AMG motor
hand assmbled motor, amg's 4 tip exhaust, stiffer suspension, 18's, and better steering ratio

No I'm really planning on coming, I'll know 100% today.
Like I said its not an ITR, but i'm surprised at how well the paddle shifters actually work.
