Default B20B Bare block, what now?

Ok. I managed to acquire a bare b20b4 block for 50bucks. 2 and 3 are pretty out of round so it will be getting sleeved, GE HD Sleeves. The problem is, it didn't come with a crank or the main caps. I have heard that just buying another crank and mains will throw the tolerances off etc, etc. Now, If i were to find a set of virgin main caps ( If anybody knows where to get these it would be helpful.) and a b20b crank, could i get the block align honed and be ok? Or is the block worthless.

Now, I do intend on doing a b20/vtec combo. The question is NA or Boosted.

Yes, you can use an LS crank and get new OEM parts. You may need to have everything line bored in order to ensure proper fitment. May I use this opportunity to emphasize the use of correct bearings in this situation.
