Default Fair price for a 1999 ITR?

Going to check out a white 99 ITR tomorrow, just under 66 thousand miles (106 thousand KM's) and he's asking 17800 dollars Canadian, which works out to about 13500 USD. Fair deal? What should I offer him? He says he has all the documentation, window sticker, etc.

Yep, it's Canadian. Hence the 106 thousand KM's, and him asking 17800 Canadian

One last bump, i'm tired as hell and going to bed so I hope theres some more posts here before I go look at the car tomorrow!

Bringing the car across the border might be a PITA.
Sounds like a deal at $13.5K.

Just beware...
I'd very carefully inspect every piece on that car and make sure the title is clear of any thing suspicious.

Good luck on getting it, that price would be hard to beat.

I gots a killer '99 ITR. Paid okay $$ for it. I think I got a good deal actually.
'99's rule. CW!!!

Oh yeah, get the car checked out before you do anything. I had Acura look at mine to make sure the numbers matched, frame damage, local vehicle, etc. For $80 CAD it was well worth it.

Eh, maybe not. Went to look at the car in person, wasn't quite what was advertised SHE painted it a horrific baby blue, it had ghastly 18" rims on it, and a massive stereo. She told me that it grinds when you go to shift, and she even told me that she dumps the clutch and tries to powershift everywhere, but that she misses shifts a lot I felt sorry that a beautiful ITR had to be disfigured by some trashy 19 year old hooker, and part of me made me want to buy it and make it like new again, but I didn't really feel like investing so much money in "damaged goods" if you know what I mean. Oh well, I just gotta keep looking and i'll find that special R some day
