hit me up some pics for both sohc and dohc, i have a white 89 civic and was thinking about painting my valve cover white, what ya think?

 

gray would look good with white

 

i got mine polished. my buddy works at airborn coatings so i get hooked up
im gona be getting the intake manifold done soon and some other things

when i get my ZC im definatly sending you a valve cover. thats beautiful. iv read up on how to do it but it seems pretty tough.

Thank you, it takes a lot of patients to get it looking like that. I just did one recently, it was a blue one, well it had 1 little tiny flaw that you needed to get close up to, well I would not let it leave my shop so I stripped it all done and redid it.

 

wow what is the color name of that grey sohc vtec one? damn i think that is the color i am gonna go with

 

I did my b18c1 valve cover in a gunmetal color. "Cast Coat Iron" colored engine enamel. It's nowhere near the quality of 90blackcrx's work, but I was pretty proud of myself for never having done it before

Normally I don't reply to post like this because I don't want people to think that I am trying to sell my covers in the post, but I saw this thread and I could not help posting some pics for people to see.
