actaully i just asked this same question to crxlee not to long ago asking about the fit and valving. ill copy and paste the message:
lak8: Hi, question for you: I have a 96 Integra, I was wondering if 96-2000 koni yellows would fit. I heard that if you grind down some of the bushing on the rears u should be fine. Also if so, are the konis valved the same as the 94-01 integra konis. Basicly would they handly the same spring rates. (i have 450f/350r)
CRX Lee:The front shocks are the same and the valving is the same. The rear shock from the 96-00 Civic has a narrower and deeper bottom fork than does your Integra which shares the 92-95 Civic rear. I guess you could grind the steel bushing on your Integra control arm down so that it wasn't as long. I have never heard of anyone doing it and I don't think it would be worth the trouble unless the rear shocks were super cheap and you had no plan to ever go back to the regular on on that car. If you do grind them down, make sure that you take an equal amount off both sides and not all off one side. I certainly wouldn't recommend doing it but if you do it wisely and you are sure that you wanted to do it, I wouldn't try to stop you. Lee"
So to sum it up, the front fit without a problem. For the rears u would have to grind down some of the rear lca bushing. Ive been reading other post about this as well and its very easy to do. good luck
(btw crxlee works for koni)
