Default 95 Accord exhaust

When i accelerate my car it sounds fine as long as i stay under 2500rpms where it gets pretty loud. I think i have some holes in the exhaust and wqas thinking about fixing it. Should i just buy a new exhaust system? if i do how much will it cost me? any thoughts on what kind i should buy? Thanks

The RS*R catback is nice from what I have heard, if you are on a budget I would consider purchasing a muffler and resonator offline and having your local muffler shop weld up some piping for you. It would be a lot cheaper, but if you buy a muffler make sure you buy a resonator also or else it most likely would sound awful(like mine) Good Luck

Look for a muffler on Ebay or at ProStreetOnline.com

Depending on the size and location of the holes, you can fix them with J B Weld or some other product design for metals. It is like putting a band aid.

if you have a jack/wheel ramps, get under the car, and check all the welds and flanges. this is usually where a leak will occur, and they might be visible, especially if u can narrow down the location of the noise (stay outside the car, have someone rev the engine, and get on your knees and listen)....most likely, youll want to get something new.....like any "band aid", it will only be temporary
