bad brakes (master cylinder?)
the brakes in my integra are going bad. it feels like its losing pressure when i hit the brakes. the brake pedal feels kinda soft. someone told me it was my brake master cylinder.
i was just wondering if it is my master cylinder, how much would it cost to fix it (parts and labor)?

I just recently replaced the brake master cylinder and brake booster on a 94 accord. Parts were a total of $100 from the junkyard.
As I've been told, there is a seal inside the brake booster which may sometimes rot away, causing this type of problem as well. However, it is rare, but if you're changing one, may as well change the other while you're at it together.
The problem the accord had was the brakes had 3 inches of deadplay in the beginning. The pedal was soft and would gradually find its way to the floor when you were holding it down, making you have to let up and press down again.
I'm pretty sure thats what your problem is.
As for labor... I called Midas to see what they would charge for such a job on that particular accord, and it totaled to $580.
If you decide to do it yourself, it is quite labor intensive. Be ready to possibly lower your engine a little to clear the booster from the manifold... and be ready for lots of brake bleeding fun

I'm having the same issue, I was quoted by the dealer $211.00+ just for the part. The Haynes guide says it's a 2.0 hr job. Doesn't seem that difficult but rather have a professional do it than me. Also, you may want to up grade your brake lines to steel braided. ($140.00 est.)
Good luck.
Good luck.
