Default FS ON CA: Thermal R&D Exhaust system form 90-93 Integras

Well I got this exhaust a month back have had it on my car for about 3 weeks. To start I liked the sound of it and well not i kinda dont. So I think I am going to sell it. Its a Therman R&D Classic Part# B111-C108 for a 90-93 Acura Integra(http://www.thermalrd.com/acura.htm) whish the mid pipe was still that shiny was but stainless steal when heated does turn coperish, the muffler is still nicce and clean like the photo! The only real problem with the exhaust is the dint in the muffler thats it. I purchased it like that not knowing but does not hurt the performance, cant really see it when you look at the car from a distance ony when you look under the car. I put a silencer on it to try and quiet the exhaust down a bit since I was getting complaints. SO since I was unable to find an oddball 3 5/8 sized silencer I just took a 4" silencer and cust the fringe flat off and screwed the silencer inside the exuast, the screws DID not go through the outsided so the silencer can be removed and you would not tell there was one! Starting price is $525CDN, unit sells new for over 500US! Contact me kwalsh24@execulink.com

Here are some photos and Audio Clip!

Here are some photos of the exhaust. Took the rear end part off today to fix a leaky seal. Thanks E-mail me or respond if interested, but e-mail is the key!

AUDIO CLIP! It sound crappy my camera does not have a very good mic on it. But theres more to the actual exhaust then that, this clip is also take without the silencer on..... my car is also 100% stock just bolted the catback on everything else up is stock, so that also may change the sound of the exhaust. clip starts at idle, revs up to about 4000rpm and back down to idle....

$525CDN is his starting price ... do a little conversion ...400.24 .. .so yes it is under 500 ... and how do you know what happen to the exhaust ? ... if you dont want it ... dont buy it ..

Thanks Vera,

I think its jsut the fact that the user who had it before me did not pollish it before he installed it thus the exhaust warmed up, turned copper in the midpipe, b/c that area does get mighty worm. The exhaust itself is still shiny less the dinted section. So yea its under 500us and its my starting price, also that 500new also has taxes on it so your still looking way over 500US! I am just selling it becasue of the complaints from my pesty neighborhood, they hat any moded vehicles period, so they try to take it out on me, so with the silencer off its too loud for them not as quiet as stock, and with the silecer on I just dont care much for the sound thats all! Thus the reason for selling and I also need money for my other G2 I just got, needs some work and I need some cash to do the work that needs to be done!

the mid pipe is not bent, there is a dint in the bottom of the exhaust thats all i can say its hard to ecplain. I dont think I can do it for 320 shipped.... I will think about it and let you know.

There I took the exhaust off the car and snaped some more shots, but like i said I have nothing to clean it with, this just shows the exhaust itself.

thanks for the pics man. the muffler looks pretty banged up on the bottom of the muffler. i will have to think about it too. i am talking to someone else selling one in better shape for 300 but it is 3in. let me know though i kind of want a 2 1/4 one.

Its not that bad but ok, and yes it is a 2 1/4" pipe. If I were to ever get another exhaust it would be a 2.5 or 3" pipe since my long term goal is a turbo but who know. But looks like doing the exhaust today was a waste of time today but oh well. Thanks anyhow. Bump...
