Default What tool do i use to adjust the gains on my amp?!?!?!

Ok i have tried small screwdrivers, small allen wrenches. NOTHING seems to work. My system is up and running. but I just want to make sure I have my gains set right, so my system is as efficient as i can be. And i have an idea of all the levels and power im running to my speakers(so i dont blow anything, and can feel confident to crank it up). Suggestions please

They are both Rockford fosgate amp. a older style 100a2, and last years 301m mono amp.

I also have a rockford fosgate 600a4 amp - 150 watts x 4 at 2 ohms. I have it hooked up to 2 12" sony xplods
Here are the specs to the xplods-
RMS= 39-150
peat power = 450
Frequency Range(HZ)= 20-3,5000
SPL(db)= 89
This is from an old *** crutchfield magazine that I have. How should my amp be set up for these subs?? Gains??
I have also, have no manuals at all, because my cousin gave all this to me for free. This is a 5 year old system, but it still bumps pretty hard. Just need to tune it right.

Thanks,
Jason
